Ingredients: magnesium chloride and distilled water
Directions: Spray the desired amount to the calves & belly before bed. Use every night for maximum benefits; it may take up to 2 weeks for improved sleep results if you have low magnesium levels.
**Please note that there may be a tingly or itchy feeling when using and it is usually due to low magnesium levels. You can place it on feet to have a reduced sensation. Over time this should balance levels and itchiness subsides.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my deodorant hard/soft?
My deodorant has unrefined, cold processed, hexane free coconut oil. This means the state of it will change depending on the temperature in the room. If it is cold, it will firm up... If it is hot, it will liquify.
Has my Awaken serum separated?
I infuse my own jojoba oil with organic, pesticide free, clean coffee and strain it to remove any grounds. This coffee oil is heavier than the argan and can separate at times. Just give it a shake and keep on using.
Do you use organic ingredients?
I always look for the best and cleanest ingredients for my products. Sometimes organic certification is not available for a particular product however I research the source to make sure they use organic practices. I will always use organic, non-gmo, pesticide free, heavy metal free, chemical free and local when available.
What essential oils brand do you use?
After much research and personal application, I have decided to use Plant Therapy and Young Living essential oils in my products. This does not mean that other companies are not good. It just means that after my own research and actually use of their product, I have decided these oils are what I want in my own products.
