The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my deodorant hard/soft?
My deodorant has unrefined, cold processed, hexane free coconut oil. This means the state of it will change depending on the temperature in the room. If it is cold, it will firm up... If it is hot, it will liquify.
Has my Awaken serum separated?
I infuse my own jojoba oil with organic, pesticide free, clean coffee and strain it to remove any grounds. This coffee oil is heavier than the argan and can separate at times. Just give it a shake and keep on using.
Do you use organic ingredients?
I always look for the best and cleanest ingredients for my products. Sometimes organic certification is not available for a particular product however I research the source to make sure they use organic practices. I will always use organic, non-gmo, pesticide free, heavy metal free, chemical free and local when available.
What essential oils brand do you use?
After much research and personal application, I have decided to use Plant Therapy and Young Living essential oils in my products. This does not mean that other companies are not good. It just means that after my own research and actually use of their product, I have decided these oils are what I want in my own products.
